Xia Shuzhi and other 73 rural women in Beijing's Huairou District were
learning English together on Apr. 4. The town in Huairou District will
organize a professional team to pay a visit to the farmers' home and
teach them English, etiquette, skills and laws and regulations so as to
fully enhance rural women's quality.
