Precious birds live in Changshu City

The Shanghu Lake Scenic Spot in Jiangsu's Changshu City welcomed 10,000
birds to dwell in its wetland on April 25. In recent years, this scenic
spot has paid much attention to environmental and ecological
construction, and has adopted varied measures to protect the environment
here. Its good water quality and environment attract birds to return to
this scenic spot after absenting themselves for years. Nowadays, there
are over 80 species of birds in this scenic spot, including precious
birds listed in national first-class protection such as scaly-sided
merganser, white stork and black stork.
