A child was reading the "300 Tang poems of birds" on Dec. 18. The book
selected 300-odd four-line poems of the Tang Dynasty (618-907AD) related
to birds, together with philosophic illustrations and 220-odd pictures of
birds, for young readers to understand the artistic conception of nature
in Tang poems.
