On top of the two five-storey buildings of the foreign language education
administration bureau located in Beijing's West District, people were
busy in planting grasses on Sept. 7. In recent years, the bureau attaches
great importance to improve its environment and adopts many measures from
promoting liana to planting grass on top of buildings. At present, urban
areas are packed with more and more buildings and grassplots become very
precious. Promoting grass planting on top of buildings is pioneering work
for Beijing's urban construction.
